The Honda Insight is Honda’s most eco-friendly vehicle to date, with 55 city mpg, and 49 highway mpg. It’s got a new eye-catching exterior with exciting acceleration, without sacrificing fuel economy.

With a starting price of $23,885, it’s impressive that it packs a 1.5 Atkinson cycle engine, powerful electric motor, and a lithium-ion battery for 151 horsepower and 197 lb-ft of torque. As we expect from Honda cars, it’s got impressive technology, boasting Honda Sensing Suite, Satellite-Linked Navigation system, HD Digital Traffic, 4G LTE Wi-Fi capability, an 8-inch touchscreen display, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and next-generation HondaLink and HomeLink Remote Systems.

AutoTrader says, “Honda has been building hybrid electric vehicles for 20 years now, and it shows in the refined interplay between the Insight’s gasoline engine and electric motor. It’s always smooth, and the Insight’s electronic brain constantly determines which type of power — gas, electric or both — is best for the situation at hand.” Kelly Blue Book observes, “The 2021 Insight moves above the Civic with its active noise cancellation and extra sound deadening, making the cabin noticeably quieter than its non-hybrid stablemate. The Touring trim is even classier, thanks to perforated leather seating surfaces.”
